Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery service covers the entire territory of Lebanon, operating from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. Following that, our delivery team will get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date and address.

Deliveries might take up to 5 working days (depending on geographical area).

Throughout the delivery process, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the process.

Pickup service
You have the option to pick up your order from our office in Bakaata Chouf after 48 hours from the time of the order, from Monday to Friday, 1:00PM-4:30PM.
